Process Solutions recently acquired an automated vertical enclosure and back panel mill for our Stanwood Facility. The mill improves enclosure and panel cutout time by 10-20 minutes and provides high precision cuts in steel, stainless steel, fiberglass, and plastic. The mill’s features include:

- Tool changer with 21 tools
- Any shaped hole can be produced
- Holes can be tapped & ready for assembly
- 31.5in (800mm)/min. in mild steel
- Mild steel up to 9mm or stainless to 5mm
- Enclosures up to 93.7″T x 86.6″W
- Back panels up to 92″T x 94″W
- Designs transferred directly from cad
- A 5 hour manual cutting job takes 15 min from cad to completion
- Repeat jobs can be batched and immediately processed
- Much higher precision and repeatability than manual layout/cutting
