Located in Stanwood, Washington, Process Solutions’ headquarters spans over 30,000 square feet and is equally split between manufacturing space and engineering offices. The facility is designed to provide our entire staff with a comfortable, collaborative work space with an efficient low-noise atmosphere. The facility includes a dedicated engineering and testing lab, coffeehouse-like café, heavy-load gantry crane, adjacent trails and ball fields, and nearby restaurants.

Specialized Tooling & the Capacity to Take on High-Volume Controls Projects
Our Stanwood, Washington headquarters contains an expansive 15,000 square foot production space outfitted with automated tooling, multi-spool wire racks, secure enclosure stands, tilting assembly benches, and recessed power reels at each workstation. LED lighting is employed throughout our production space to provide ample lighting for our wiremen and technicians. Process Solutions also has an additional 23,000 square feet of production space in Arlington, Washington to provide us even greater capacity and flexibility for larger projects.
Delivery Options
Process Solutions maintains a fleet of four delivery vehicles and two flat bed trailers, allowing us to provide free panel delivery services to our customers anywhere in the greater Puget Sound region.
For destinations outside of the greater Puget Sound region, Process Solutions sources fully enclosed wood crates specifically designed and built for the safe shipment of control panels and components.
